We offer a competitive wage for our sales team. First year earning potential: $50,000 - $70,000 (base salary, commission and bonuses).

Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and offering assistance.
- Policy Customization: Recommend and design insurance plans that align with individual client requirements.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional policies.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License preferred but not required.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
- Customer-Centric: Dedicated to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
