Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients via phone and online channels to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Flexible Sales Approach: Utilize a variety of sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell insurance products.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all documents and proposals are accurately prepared and delivered to clients promptly.
Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of communications and transactions in the company CRM system.
Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
Licensing: A valid Property & Casualty License is required for this position.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly recommended.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and meeting client needs.
Self-motivation: Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
