Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading national insurance company looking to bring on a proven Client Services Specialist to support the Inside Sales Division
This position would assist clients via warm leads to educate, provide quotes and inform on insurance products
This role does require a current P&C license and is NOT a commissioned only /Cold Calling role
This is a Client Service position with incoming calls, NO cold calling with the benefit of uncapped bonus.
Training completely remote
Work from home environment
Competitive/High base pay, rather than straight commission only
HIGH monthly bonus ( up to 7K!, also uncapped)

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
