Responsibilities:

• Assist clients through warm leads, providing exceptional service.
• Educate clients on various insurance products and services.
• Generate and provide accurate quotes based on client needs.
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales Division to enhance client experience.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in client services or sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
