Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Proactively engage with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide exceptional service.
Consultative Sales: Advise clients on coverage options and suggest tailored insurance solutions to suit their individual requirements.
Remote Communication: Effectively handle remote inquiries from clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
Policy Management: Assist clients in managing their policies, including updates, renewals, and cancellations.
Compliance: Maintain compliance with all insurance regulatory and licensing requirements.
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales goals and targets consistently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and share best practices.
Requirements
Licensing: Current and active property and casualty insurance license.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients.
