Position: Benefit Specialist (Remote Work Opportunity)
Become part of a longstanding tradition of protecting working-class families by offering life, accident, and supplemental health products tailored for labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families. We are seeking dedicated representatives to build lasting relationships with clients using Zoom for virtual engagements.
Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Contact clients who have expressed interest in their benefits.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings to discuss benefits in detail.
- Virtual Reviews: Conduct benefit reviews with clients via Zoom.
- Enrollment Facilitation: Guide clients through the enrollment process for their benefits.
- Reporting: Complete a report card for each client after the benefits overview.
