- FULLY REMOTE Compliance Analyst I is knowledgeable about filling government applications, forms, and following regulations.
- Seeking an individual who excels at providing outstanding service and responsiveness to business clients.
- Compliance Analyst I works with a more experienced mentor, Compliance Analyst II, who guides and helps train them from the beginning.
- Assist the Compliance Analyst II
- Ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Review client accounts to uncover gaps in service and registration.
- Ensure the timely, accurate filing of applications to government agencies.
- Configure and maintain information in our CRM, online platform, and client files.
- Conduct thorough and accurate research, call government agencies, and communicate with clients about their projects by phone and email.
- Draft and file basic applications to government agencies by paper and electronically.
- Meet established Service Level Agreements, such as response time, onboarding duration time, and work completed.
- Regular, dependable attendance and consistent satisfactory or above job performance
- Other related duties, as assigned.
Required:
- 1-3 years of professional work experience
- Background in nonprofit administration
- Competent and trustworthy working from a home office full-time remotely
- Exceptional track record of customer service or client relations experience
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail oriented
- Ability to effectively prioritize work in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Enjoys the challenge of new, complex problems and learning new information on-the-fly.
- Able to multitask and consistently meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently with coaching.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Google G Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Associate or bachelor's degree desired but not required.
- Must be familiar with reaching out to state agencies (e.g., Secretary of State office)
- Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds.
- This position is generally performed in a professional office setting; 70% sitting, 20% standing, and 10% walking.
- This position routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets, in a home office as well as an in-person office environment.
