Remote Part-time Bookkeeper - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a restaurant and hotel operating company, to find them a Remote Part-time bookkeeper to support their organization. Although this is a remote role, candidates must live in Florida for tax purposes. (South Florida is preferred)

The ideal salary for this position is between $45k-$50k. Candidates will work 10-30 hours per week, but be paid as a salaried employee. The schedule is very flexible based on the structure of the position. Job Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping for restaurants, hotels, and two corporate stores
• Reconciling statements and financials received by each restaurant and hotel
• Coordination with outside CPA firm
• Reporting to equity partners on Excel
• Confirming and recording royalties
• Credit card reconciliations (8) and expense reports
• Bank reconciliations (10 accounts)

Must Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Accounting experience
• Prior experience working in a remote position
• Recent experience with Sage ERP
• Excel skills
