About the Job
Our recruiting firm is partnering with a restaurant and hotel operating company, to find them a Remote Part-time bookkeeper to support their organization. Although this is a remote role, candidates must live in Florida for tax purposes. (South Florida is preferred)
The ideal salary for this position is between $45k-$50k. Candidates will work 10-30 hours per week, but be paid as a salaried employee. The schedule is very flexible based on the structure of the position. Job Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping for restaurants, hotels, and two corporate stores
- Reconciling statements and financials received by each restaurant and hotel
- Coordination with outside CPA firm
- Reporting to equity partners on Excel
- Confirming and recording royalties
- Credit card reconciliations (8) and expense reports
- Bank reconciliations (10 accounts)
Must Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Accounting experience
- Prior experience working in a remote position
- Recent experience with Sage ERP
- Excel skills
