Do you have experience working with enrollment and eligibility platforms in an analytical capacity? We're seeking a PLSQL expert with hands-on experience in Medicare/Medicaid/Exchange Enrollment and a knack for complex problem-solving within Agile frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Perform analysis and translate business needs into high-quality business requirements and functional specifications. Solve moderately complex problems involving multiple system interfaces.
- Data Analytics: Conduct data analysis using SQL/PLSQL at an intermediate level, ensuring complete traceability of requirements.
- Business Process Impact: Conduct impact analysis of configuration changes on business processes and existing technology.
- Technical Documentation: Create business workflow diagrams, functional specifications, and interface design specifications.
- Data Quality & Conversion: Document and resolve data quality issues. Support data conversion strategies and participate in system and data design sessions with technical teams and user communities.
- Agile Development: Work within an Agile team, contributing to the development of user stories and ensuring that project activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaboration & Support: Support the Product Owner and Scrum team, assisting with meetings, analysis, and research as needed.
- Testing & Implementation: Contribute to test planning, strategy, and post-production activities, ensuring successful system implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience with PLSQL , SQL Server, Oracle, or SQL Server databases.
- 4-6 years of experience with the software development lifecycle , including detailed analysis, requirements gathering, and post-production reviews.
- Proven experience using analytical techniques such as Use-cases, Scope Modeling, Functional Decomposition, Requirements Workshops, Business Rule Analysis, Risk Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis .
