Intertek Alchemy is searching for a Senior Account Executive to join our People Assuranceteam to work remotely in the Northeast. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in Sales! This person must be located in either Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island or Virginia. Regular travel between these states is required.
You will be responsible for growing new Intertek Alchemy's Training Solutions sales in an assigned geographic territory. The Senior Account Executive will have a strong background in business development within either a technical or software industry, engaging up to stakeholder level by building effective working relations and proposing a solution. Youwill lead sales meetings and presentations, create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
How you will make an impact at Intertek Alchemy:
- Drive, grow, and deliver sales revenues for the company
- Grow and manage the sales pipeline and 12-month rolling sales forecast to meet or exceed the sales objectives
- Ensure accurate reporting in CRM for pipeline and forecasting
- Manage time and territory, completing face-to-face meetings across a large multi-state territory
- Prospect, investigate and break into new accounts
- Develop and nurture connections within your region across Operations, Health & Safety, Quality & Food Safety, and Human Resource Communities
- Continue to develop and grow strategic accounts, providing a predictable revenue source and more considerable contract value
What it takes to be successful in this role:
- Minimum of 3 years quota-carrying experience in field sales with demonstrated success
- Minimum of 2 years experience selling a enterprise SaaS solution into a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience prospecting and navigating complex Enterprise accounts with multiple buyers/influencers
- Demonstrated history of success in a B2B hunter/acquisition sales role
- Excellent presentation skills, customer interaction skills, and executive interaction capability
- Candidates must independently prospect in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently.
- Strong aptitude for technology, ability to conduct effective product demonstrations
- Background in selling solutions to the food manufacturing industry is preferred
- Understanding of Single Sign On and HRIS integration
- Ability to travel in a multi-state territory 60% of the month
