What You'll Do
- Understand the true requirements and objectives of prospects.
- Present solutions and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
- Communicate and deliver the optimal demo solution that best meets the prospects needs.
- Maintain knowledge of all products features
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and be the liaison between prospects and the account executives along with product and engineering teams.
- Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies
- You are an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) technical expert who best understands and articulates the value of a software product
- You own the technical sales process by partnering with your account executives to identify, qualify, scope, pilot and convert opportunities.
- You are able to convey value and your presentations & demonstrations are crisp, informative and tailored to your audience.
- You are curious, strive to find ways to progress in everything you do and you are constantly seeking to learn.
- Must have prior experience as a Sales Engineer in a SaaS-based company.
- Requires a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience with EDI.
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of EDI systems, integration processes, and APIs.
- Should have demonstrated experience using EDI tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) and independently conduct technical demonstrations.
- Strong understanding of cloud applications, SaaS solutions, and the ability to understand and present technical architecture.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Must be self-driven and able to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
