Job Details
Are you a Tax Senior who's ready to expand your knowledge and learn about other industries? Do you have expertise in Individual, Partnership, and Corporate returns? If so, we’d love to connect with you!
- Prepare intricate U.S. and multi-state income tax returns for various business entities, including both consolidated and non-consolidated C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary returns.
- Prepare detailed U.S. and state individual income and gift tax returns.
- Develop tax planning projections for both individual and corporate estimated tax liabilities.
- Oversee and track client deliverables and deadlines.
- Conduct tax research and draft memoranda summarizing findings and conclusions.
- Respond to audits, inquiries, and tax notices from the IRS and state agencies, maintaining communication with both the IRS and clients.
- Delegate projects to staff for optimal efficiency and provide accounting and tax support as needed.
- Communicate directly with clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives on various tax issues.
