This role involves working closely with our clients to implement our SaaS solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration within their enterprise environments, particularly among Fortune 500 companies
The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise in cloud technologies, microservices, and data science to drive customer success and optimize product usage.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with Fortune 500 clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.Lead the implementation and deployment of our SaaS products in enterprise environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems utilizing Python and JavaUtilize Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized applications and orchestrate microservices effectively.Collaborate with clients on data science projects, implementing machine learning and AI solutions to enhance their operations.Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to delivery and beyond.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.Create documentation, including technical specifications and user guides, to facilitate knowledge transfer to clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in professional services or technical consulting roles, preferably with SaaS solutions.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.Solid understanding of microservices architecture and implementation.Experience working with enterprise clients, particularly in the Fortune 500 sector.Knowledge of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning concepts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.Benefits- 10% Bonus- Medical- Dental- Vision- Unlimited PTO- 401k Match- Every other Friday off- Home office upgrade package- Equity options...and more!Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred SkillsDockerProfessional ServicesImplementationSaaSEnterpriseFortune 500PythonJavaKubernetesMicroservices
