Fully remote with equipment provided!! Supporting a large University Hospital! Contract with potential permanency!

Standard Hours – Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00 PM

A day in the role…

·      Answering around 90+ calls per day ( each call is approximately 2-3 minutes )

·       Communicating with patients who are seeking an update on their medicalrecord info release

·      Will provide updates regarding timelines of record receival.

·      May also speak with medical clinics regarding a patient request as well

Necessary Skills and Strengths:

Medical Records| Release of Information| Medical Terminology
