Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with company goals and customer needs, focusing on maximizing revenue and market penetration.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the natural ingredients market, particularly related to fermentates.Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients, leveraging consultative selling techniques.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product innovation.Product Expertise: Provide technical knowledge and insights about fermentates to clients, assisting them in product formulation and application.Reporting: Monitor and report on account performance, sales forecasts, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and adjustments.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law
