Seeking a skilled Actuary Lead experienced in value-based contracting and health plan financial performance. This role involves data analysis, risk assessment, and supporting internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Present analysis results and recommendations to management.
• Develop junior actuarial staff.
• Support Medicare Bid process, including presentations and report preparation.
• Conduct financial analyses for medical cost trends and rate development.
• Document procedures and results.
• Provide actuarial support for CMS Financial Audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science).
• Five plus years of actuarial experience in health insurance or managed care.
• ASA certification preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
