Position: Benefit Specialist (Remote Work Opportunity)

We are seeking dedicated representatives to build lasting relationships with clients using Zoom for virtual engagements.
Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Contact clients who have expressed interest in their benefits.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings to discuss benefits in detail.
- Virtual Reviews: Conduct benefit reviews with clients via Zoom.
- Enrollment Facilitation: Guide clients through the enrollment process for their benefits.
- Reporting: Complete a report card for each client after the benefits overview.
