Job Summary: National Power is seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Manager to oversee the construction of our renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on renewable energy projects. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality, implementing proactive solutions to address challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Mobility: Ability to move around construction sites, including walking on uneven terrain, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
- Strength: Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Endurance: Stamina to work long hours, including standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
- Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Vision: Adequate visual acuity to read blueprints, plans, and perform detailed inspections.
- Hearing: Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and warnings in a noisy construction environment.
- Weather Tolerance: Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather.
- Completion of OSHA 30 safety training.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Training in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Knowledge of and adherence to site-specific safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and MVR required.
- This is a remote position requiring travel.
