About the Job
Essential Functions
- Assists in the customer maintenance and support contract renewal process.
- Bills maintenance renewals monthly taking any Software Maintenance Contracts and purchases with the client into regard.
- Creates quotes for clients with upcoming maintenance renewals.
- Ensures the cleanliness of the billing system as new maintenance products are added or removed.
- Assesses client concerns and creates credits based on information provided as well as abiding by company policy regarding credits. Escalates complex issues.
- Contact the customer before and during the renewal process to facilitate processing of and obtain a purchase order
- Works with clients on maintenance contracts and provides essential maintenance information to close contract deals.
- Works with assigned clients and internal departments to facilitate the resolution of issues and escalations related to client maintenance and support agreements and terms. Escalates complex issues.
- Ensures timely and proactive delivery of maintenance contract renewal information to our clients, with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintains the accuracy of client assets, license levels, and support contract data utilizing Salesforce, and Netsuite.
- Follows the policies and procedures regarding client license asset management and compliance.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial billing or Accounts Receivable role

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $47,800 to $62,100 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds with assistance as part of an office routine.
