Responsibilities:

• Listen to and identify customer needs, offering additional products and services to enhance their travel experience.
• Engage customers without reservations to increase market share.
• Guide customers through the rental process, offering solutions and creating a memorable experience.
• Assist with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations, and addressing any concerns.
• Sell additional products, contributing to your financial success through commissions and incentives.

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends (guaranteed 2 consecutive days off in a 7-day period).
• Willingness to cover shifts for colleagues on vacation or PTO.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid and insurable Driver's License.
• Effective verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Professionalism and enthusiasm in customer interactions.
• Proven sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality.
