Job Summary:
Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.
Job Specifications:
+ Housing: Not Available
+ Expected Pay Range: $20.00 / hour
+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time Hours available
+ Skill Level: _Entry_
Job Responsibilities:
+ Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
+ Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
+ Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
+ Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard
+ May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
+ Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
+ Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
+ Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
+ Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
+ Must be able to communicate fluently in English
A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:
+ Mountain Activities
+ Retail Rental operations
+ Food and Beverage Support
+ Ticket sales or scanning
+ Lift Operations
+ Base Area Operations
The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
