is hiring a Rental District Sales Manager at our Chesapeake, Virginia & Williamsburg, Virginia locations
The Rental District Sales Manager is responsible for the equipment rental markets in an assigned district
Responsibilities include accountability for leading and achieving specific results in the areas of sales coverage strategy and execution, sales forecasting and sales funnel management, revenue growth and business plan achievement, market share growth, and customer growth and retention objectives
Seeking candidates with a minimum five years rental equipment industry experience
Direct sales experience
Bachelor's degree (business-related field preferred)
Requirements for the Rental District Sales Manager include: Thorough knowledge of construction rental equipment
Strong business acumen, including but not limited to budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting and managing rental agreements and terms and conditions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent sales skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Must possess strong critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Must be able to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales operation in a fast-paced environment
Must be able travel frequently - overnight and out of town
Strong PC skills and the ability to self-develop and adapt to changing technology
