Rental Sales Representative Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Rental Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving the rental of our equipment. You will work closely with customers to understand their project requirements and offer tailored rental solutions that meet their needs.
Rental Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow rental revenue in assigned territories.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers with expert advice on rental equipment options, helping them select the best solutions for their projects.
- Negotiate rental agreements and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Track sales activity, customer interactions, and rental agreements in CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote rental services.
Rental Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Proven experience in rental sales, preferably within the industrial equipment or construction rental industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
