Rental Technician - Winter 2024//25 - Gunstock Mountain Resort

We are looking for Rental Shop Technicians to work with our rental guests to provide an exceptional & efficient rental experience. You will be responsible for outfitting guests with proper equipment in a timely and friendly manner. This includes skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, & poles. You will also be required to properly utilize our rental inventory system to ensure all equipment is correctly checked in and out each day. You will consistently monitor the guest flow and work with the Supervisor and Manager to expedite the rental process. As a guest-focused organization, it is the responsibility of all resort employees to create a positive, WOW experience for our guests.
