About the Job
Adecco is seeking a skilled Repair Overhaul Technician for a position in Carson, CA. As a Repair Overhaul Technician, you will perform maintenance and alteration tasks on civil aviation articles in accordance with FAA-approved technical data, including Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, and other government and industry standards. You will conduct inspections and ensure repairs are completed to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preliminary, hidden-damage, in-process, and final inspections on civil aviation articles.
Follow manufacturers’ instructions, government standards, and FAA-approved data to complete maintenance and alteration tasks.
Provide verbal and written status updates on repair progress.
Apply and handle sealants and adhesives.
Perform complex acceptance tests using specific test equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas following 5S standards.
Participate in regular team meetings and support continuous improvement efforts.
Provide on-the-job training to Assemblers, Technicians, and ATP Operators as directed.
Utilize ERP systems to record labor hours and close operations.
Access engineering documents using tools such as Sentyrile and ProWorks.
Read and comprehend schematics, work instructions, and technical specifications.
Adhere to Environment, Health, and Safety regulations.
Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
Support other operational areas as needed.
Requirements:
Basic math skills and comprehension of varying units of measure.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and understand technical documents, schematics, and specifications.
Computer skills to access drawings and work instructions.
FAA-required training is mandatory.

Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
