1st shift 6:45am to 3:15pm
EVM- Enterprise Visibility Mobility- Working on Handheld Scanners
Job Title: Repair Services Associate I
**Tasks may vary on day-to-day needs.**
RESPONSIBILITIES
Details are dependent on duties assigned but in general consist of the following:
Performs basic tasks associated with servicing customer product, adhering to productivity and quality standards.
Services customer product, including receiving/shipping, reviewing customer complaints, basic troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, inspection, basic hand soldering, cleaning, testing, and final inspections on mobile computer devices & scanners.
Records work performed in the form of symptom codes and parts replacement reasons on computer.
Develops familiarity with a subset of products, processes, operational metrics and software tools; learns and follows basic work instructions for functional assignments according to productivity and quality standards.
Provides input geared towards continuous improvement, work instruction documentation, and standardization of processes.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent vocational qualification or 1+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Some computer & mechanical skills needed.
Complies with all required safety practices, and regulations. Maintains a safe work environment
Ability to work in a team and independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction and written processes
Bending, Scooping and Standing for long periods of time
Good attendance and Attitude
Ability to use basic math
Basic computer skills
