Key Responsibilities:

• Travel independently to residences to repair home appliances, such as microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. 
• Diagnose appliances, troubleshoot errors, and identify necessary parts for repairs 
• Provide top-tier customer service through consistent and friendly communication 
• Uphold our high standard of professionalism and elite service 

Required Qualifications

• 2+ yrs Customer service experience; Equipped with a friendly, engaging personality dedicated to customer satisfaction
• 1+ yr of general trade experience, or comparable 
• A strong interest in working with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Located near Souix Falls,SD - or willing to relocate
• Drivers license and a clean driving record
• Comfortable working independently in an indoor setting

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ yr of appliance repair experience
