• Perform high-quality repairs on roofing, siding, windows, and exterior surfaces such as painting and coatings.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair issues related to roofing, siding, and window installations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining open communication with homeowners and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, upholding safety standards at all times.
• Identify and resolve any issues or repairs promptly to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job completion and high standards of workmanship.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members when needed.
• Ensure all repairs meet Guardian Home Improvement's quality standards and customer expectations.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in roofing, siding, window installation, or related carpentry/repair work.
• High-quality craftsmanship and an eye for detail.
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Pride in your workmanship and the ability to meet high standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
• A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record are required.
