Job Description
Purpose:
Shape and execute the reporting strategy for collected data. Support critical business decisions by analyzing metrics, designing reports, communicating results, and providing recommendations based on findings.
Essential Functions:
- 25% Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop business-appropriate reports. Gather functional requirements through process analysis, reviewing documents/procedures, and stakeholder meetings. Occasionally partner with Developers and System Architects for business-technical alignment on system design.
- 25% Analyze data, develop insights, create, and test reports. Ensure quality control, communicate findings, and obtain stakeholder sign-off before implementing reports.
- 25% Conduct ad hoc analysis, research complex issues, create reports to meet reporting requirements, interpret data, and recommend process improvements.
- 15% Collaborate with a Requirements/Business Analyst, conduct interviews/workgroups to capture and manage requirements, and support SOP development.
- 10% Partner with Developers and Architects to align requirements with system design, focusing on both business and technical perspectives.
