Job Summary
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for the coordination of internal reporting needs. They will define and develop functional requirements and report specifications and oversee the deployment of new or revised reports and dashboards. This role will work to define and develop operational reporting that is beneficial to business processes and internal stakeholders. Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for internal stakeholders, this position will also assist internal customers with report-related questions and troubleshooting and will conduct research as needed to determine the best solutions.

Hiring range: $67,724.80 - $85,000/year
Responsibilities:- Gathers and translates stakeholder’s business requirements into reporting deliverables.
- Develops new reports and dashboards including automation of reports.
- Develops report specifications and functional requirements, conducts user acceptance testing, and oversees deployment of new or revised reports.
- Documents requirements for additional data sources in support of data warehouse development.
- Trains internal and external stakeholders on new/revised reports.
- Independently, resourcefully, and creatively researches and implements solutions to organizational reporting needs.
- Serves as report subject matter expert and as a resource for internal team members regarding reports.
- Revises existing reports supporting iterative development process.
- Ensures quality and data integrity in the information and reporting deliverables.
- Other duties as assigned.
Code of Conduct for Applicants
Qualifications:- BS in business systems, MIS or equivalent experience. Other applicable education, training, and experience, which provide the knowledge, abilities, and skills necessary to perform effectively in the position will be considered.
- 3+ years of Reporting Analyst or report development experience. Track record displaying progressively larger and/or more complex projects.
- 3+ years of experience working with relational databases.
- Solid technical skills including knowledge of and working experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPivot, Power Query, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Strong SQL query and DAX skills.
- Data visualization skills and demonstrated adherence to reporting and data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and trending skills, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to engage with other team members in addressing a variety of accounting, reporting, and business issues.
- Must be well organized and detail oriented.
- Must work well under pressure and have the ability to meet deadlines and observe critical timelines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments and employees.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including ability to interpret and explain data for a variety of audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments to meet reporting deadlines. A highly motivated team player that contributes to an atmosphere in which people work together to produce outstanding results.
- Creative, responsive, and adaptive in a dynamic environment.
- Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills.

- Prefer knowledge of and previous experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.). Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
