Position: Customer Support Rep
Pay Rate: $22/hr on W2
Number of Positions: 100
Minimum education: High School
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) for few months then onsite (5 days/ week)
Job Description:

• College Degree
• Previous contact center experience
Position Description:
Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries . Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include Cash Management products and services, Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
· Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
· Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center
