Overview:

This position will focus on managing and organizing incoming requirements and project ideas, breaking them down into actionable tasks, and coordinating with teams to integrate these tasks into the project backlog. The ideal candidate should have experience with Atlassian products and be able to facilitate and navigate the intake process to turn initial ideas into actionable requirements.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate ideas and requests from various stakeholders, assessing each for feasibility and relevance.
• Translate high-level ideas into clear, actionable requirements.
• Develop a detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) for each requirement or project.
• Estimate resources, timelines, and cost (Rough Order of Magnitude, ROM) for implementing requirements internally.
• Organize requirements and tasks in the project backlog, prioritizing according to business needs and feasibility.
• Work with leadership team and other key stakeholders to funnel high-priority tasks into the project queue.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on priorities.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding.
• Document requirements, process flows, and key decisions.
• Regularly update status and communicate with stakeholders about the progress and prioritization of requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years work experience directly relating to operations tech support analysis
• Secret Clearance

Highly Desired:

• Advanced knowledge in configuring and managing Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, including plugins and integrations.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Skilled in project intake, work breakdown structures, and backlog management.
• Ability to lead productive discussions to clarify requirements.
• Strong skills in documenting, communicating, and organizing project details.
