Qualifications:
A High School Diploma is required; an associate's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or research setting.
Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Knowledge of urological terminology (a plus).
Experience with clinical trial research processes (a plus).
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.

This position does not require any travel.
Physical Requirements for the Job:
Regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods.
Involves standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, and twisting.
Requires full range of body motion, including manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 25 lbs.
