Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, optimization, and implementation of various in vitro cell-based bioanalytical methods, utilizing technologies such as flow cytometry and live cell imaging platforms.
- Work independently or collaborate with others to support the development of various therapeutic modalities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess reasonable skills in data analysis and presentation within project teams. Hands-on experience with flow cytometry is a must-have.
Required Skills:
- A BS/MS degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline is required.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in cell culture and multi-color flow cytometry assay development, obtained in industry or academic settings, is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in multi-color flow cytometry such as panel design, gating, compensation, and data analysis using FlowJo is essential.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with creative problem-solving abilities, are required for this position.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with living cell imaging platforms is desirable.
