Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the development, optimization, and implementation of various in vitro cell-based bioanalytical methods, utilizing technologies such as flow cytometry and live cell imaging platforms. The role may involve working independently or collaborating with others to support the development of various therapeutic modalities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess reasonable skills in data analysis and presentation within project teams. Hands-on experience with flow cytometry is a must-have.
Requirements:
1. A BS/MS degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline is required.
2. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in cell culture and multi-color flow cytometry assay development, obtained in industry or academic settings, is mandatory.
3. Proven expertise in multi-color flow cytometry such as panel design, gating, compensation, and data analysis using FlowJo is essential.
4. Prior experience with living cell imaging platforms is desirable.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with creative problem-solving abilities, are required for this position.
