JOB DUTIES:
- Respond to broker requests for data, including comparable sales, property taxes, and mailing lists
- Preparation of sales reports and special reports as needed
- Analysis of current market conditions including pricing and supply trends
- Research on current economic indicators
Requirements
- Business degree, preferably in Economics or Finance
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.
- Big data experience a plus.

This position's salary range is between $55,000-$57,000
