About the Organization: Windwalker Group is an award-winning minority-owned small--business with over 25 years of experience providing professional training and evaluation services as well as other types of professional services to our partner clients.About the Position: Windwalker Group has been awarded a government contract with the National Museum of the Marine Corp (NMMC) to provide Experience Analysis Study services for the museum. For this contract, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Coordinator/Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating data collection and conducting in-depth research and analysis for pilot studies, customer experience study, and full in-depth gallery study at the NMMC.Location: This is a part-time, hybrid position. Data collection and coordination will be conducted on-site in Triangle, VA. Data analysis tasks will be performed remotely. A personal iPhone and laptop will be required for all job duties.Position Type: Part-time 1099 positionResponsibilities:-- Coordinate data collection teams at the NMMC.-- Keep track of and manage data collection.-- Collect data from demographically diverse museum visitors.-- Collaborate with the Sr. Evaluation Specialist and Sr. Statistician to establish a plan for data collection, management, and analysis.-- Meet weekly with the Sr. Evaluation Specialist to discuss progress on data collection, management, and analysis.-- Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using various research methods (e.g., surveys, observations, focus groups).-- Report findings in verbal and written communication with Sr. Evaluation Specialist and Sr. Statistician.Minimum Qualifications:-- Master's degree in museum studies, sociology, psychology, anthropology, statistics, data science, or a related field.-- Strong research skills, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.-- Prior experience collecting survey and observation data from diverse participants.-- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS) and Excel.-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-- Experience in the museum field is a plus.PI73e5ed4ecf05-25660-35669340
