Opportunity to explore various cross-functional roles in R&D. Exposure to industry leaders, through mentorship from experienced professionals in R&D. Hands on experience in a dynamic and innovative work environment. The role provides an opportunity to contribute to meaningful R&D projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Support: Collaborate with the Research and Development team to support ongoing projects and initiatives
- Functional Exposure: Participate in cross-functional meetings and gain exposure to various roles within the Research and Development department
- Data management: Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports
- Project Documentation: Contribute to the development and execution of research plans
- Industry Knowledge: Engage in literature reviews, learn, and understand industry trends and advancements
- Cross-collaboration: Work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience across functional areas (Mentor assigned)
- Department Meetings: Participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving activities
- Research Exposure: Contribute to the preparation of research-related documentation and presentations
- Learning and Development: Take part in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the industry
- Other duties as assigned: Present findings and insights during designated time intervals on intern experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education
Required:
- Currently a Junior or Senior in a credited 4 year school pursuing a major in; Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business
- Graduated from a 2 year accreditation school
Preferred:
- Graduate Student pursuing a major in: Life Sciences, Engineering or Business
