Our client is purpose-built for material suppliers and equipment dealers to manage the entire process of payments and lien management. They power the largest credit and finance teams in construction.
The Researcher is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

The Researcher is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed research to identify property owners, contractors, subcontractors, and other relevant parties in various construction projects. Utilize a variety of tools and methods to gather and verify information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Understand and apply knowledge of construction notices and mechanics liens to guide research processes.
- Verification and Compliance: Verify the accuracy of construction notices and mechanics liens, ensuring that all information complies with relevant local, state, and federal laws.
- Document Management: Organize and manage all relevant documents, maintaining a comprehensive database.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with changes in construction laws and regulations, and tackle challenges with positivity and enthusiasm.
- 3-5 years of experience doing internet research.
- Experience with construction process, permit, construction notices, and mechanics liens in multiple US States.
- Strong understanding of construction law and regulations.
- Strong basic computer (MS Office & Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, etc.) and phone skills.
- Proficiency with standard business applications and additional operational applications.
- Experience and demonstrated comfort working in a customer-facing role.
