Premier World Discovery is seeking a R eservations & Accounts Receivable Manager

If you have Accounting, Management experience, Travel Industry experience and enjoy working in a fun fast paced environment then this position may be for you.

As Reservations & Accounts Receivable Manager you will:

• Manage a Staff of Tour & Travel Reservationists
• Manage the Flow of Passenger Payments, Group Payments, Phone Calls & Passenger Concerns
• Develop & Execute Ongoing Reservations Team Training Plan
• Collaborate with Group Dept Manager on Office Management Tasks and Inter-Department Training Plan
• Book Passengers, Group Reservations & Generate Invoices on Travel Packages
• Oversee Tour Finalization & Audit Finalized Tour Files
• Process Payments & Passenger Cancellations/Refunds
• Verify Daily Accounts Receivable Activity & Balance Reports
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to Improve & Develop Travel Reservation System Functionality Based on Department’s Needs
• Take Customer Phone Calls & Emails
• Work to create a Team environment with the staff
