Reservations Sales Associate - Remote - The Breakers Palm Beach

We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and flexible individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Reservations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests. This is a remote position within the State of Florida, candidate must be able to attend in person meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to guests by sharing information on accommodations, spa offerings, local dining, and activities in the area
- Collaborate and connect with guests and team members remotely, utilizing your strong interpersonal skills
- Ensure prompt and accurate reservation management
- Assist guests with any inquiries or issues they may have
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
- Uphold company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
