SUMMARY: Provides administrative support to the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: NOTE: The following are the duties performed by employees in
this classification. However, employees may perform other related duties at an equivalent level. Not all duties
listed are necessarily performed by each individual in the classification.
1. Provides administrative support including updating the IM residency program annual calendar, publication and distribution of physicians-in-training manuals, annual rotation schedules and updates.
2. Prepares quarterly affiliate program(s) billing documentation.
3. Tracks and monitors resident work hours, and verifies procedures within the residency suite software.
4. Updates recruitment brochures, websites, and materials provided to applicants.
5. Creates fellowship and job opportunity files.
6. Plans resident lunches, retreats, orientations, and graduation events.
7. Maintains database and/or paper files of current and alumni residents or fellows.
8. Submits National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) list via Internet
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience: Three years administrative experience.
Preferred Experience: Experience within a healthcare environment.
