Position: Caregiver – Resident Assistant

Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Shifts Available
Shift Options: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 10:30 pm, and 10:30 pm – 6:00 am

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver – Resident Assistant

• Provide Compassionate Care – Assist with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, treating each resident as if they were family.
• Support Residents’ Mobility – Help residents with ambulation and transfers, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Light Housekeeping & Meal Support – Maintain cleanliness in common areas, resident rooms, and laundry, and assist with meal preparation and service.
• Medication Assistance – Supervise and observe residents with their medications, keeping safety and health a priority.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to our Flower Mound community
