Mustang Creek Estates is looking for dedicated, caring individuals to join our team as Caregiver-Resident Assistants. No prior experience is required—just bring your passion for helping others, and we’ll provide paid orientation and on-the-job training to set you up for success.

Position: Caregiver – Resident Assistant

Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN/"as needed" Shifts Available
Shift Options: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 10:30 pm, and 10:30 pm – 6:00 am

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver – Resident Assistant

• Provide Compassionate Care – Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, always treating them with respect and kindness.
• Support Mobility and Comfort – Help residents with ambulation and transfers, ensuring they feel secure and supported.
• Light Housekeeping & Meal Assistance – Keep common areas, resident rooms, and laundry clean, and assist with meal preparation and serving.
• Medication Assistance – Supervise and observe residents with their medications, prioritizing safety and health.
