JOB REQUIREMENTS: About Great Lakes Management: Caretta Senior Living, a
NEW assisted living community in Bellevue, WI, is looking for a
full-time Resident Assistant to join our team! We are a dynamic and
growing company with exciting opportunities for those who are passionate

others. Resident Assistant Job Details: Hours - Full-Time Second (PM)
Shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Required to work every other weekend)! Pay
Range - $16.00 to 21.00 dollars / hour (Pay is based on experience)
($0.50 cent shift differential) Location - Caretta Senior Living, 1780

per shift (+ Dessert!) Resident Assistant Job Objective(s): The Resident
Assistant is responsible for providing hands-on care, both physical and
emotional, as outlined in each resident's service agreement. The
Resident Assistant will report to the Director of Nursing condition or
concerns for the resident. Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated
on the individualized service agreement Help each resident to reach and
maintain the highest level of performance and independence. Provide
residents with both physical and emotional support. Assist with
treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service
agreement The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in
physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of
appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager. Interactwith residents to
provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet,
communication book, etc. Qualifications: Six months of experience in
long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred) Registered as a
Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant
(Preferred) Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in
