Are you passionate about providing excellent care and making a difference in residents' lives? As the Resident Care Coordinator at Alliance Nursing Adult Family Home, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. Teamwork and collaboration are imperative for the smooth running of the home. You will work closely with our Director of Nursing and the amazing staff at the home to ensure that all the resident's needs are being met. The Snohomish facility houses 8 residents with 2 nurses and 2 aides on the day shift, and 2 nurses and 1 aide on the night shift. The low staff-to-resident ratios give the care team the chance to make a significant impact on the clients' care and help build relationships. The home-like atmosphere is inviting and peaceful for both the clients and staff. You willbe responsible for:
- Coordinating resident care and ensuring compliance with Washington state regulations (Chapters 388-76 WAC and 388-112 WAC).
- Ensuring the home is clean, safe, and comfortable for residents.
- Assisting with client appointments and care plans.
- Providing support to caregivers, fostering a compassionate and homelike atmosphere.
- Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to enhance resident care and experience.
- Utilizing your clinical skills to assess and plan the best care for each resident.
This position is perfect for someone who:

- Is eager to support a collaborative team and provide the highest standard of care to our residents.
Licensure/Certification:
- Current Washington State Registered Nursing licensure without restrictions.
- Current CPR certification (By the time of job start.)
Required Experience/Education:
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience
- Registered nurse graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with Adult Family Home regulations preferred.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected Hours:~40 per week; 2- 12-hour shifts on the floor and 2 - 8-hour administrative shifts.
