Resident Care Director - Harbor Cove Memory Care

Areas of focus are clinical care management, medication management, risk management, quality assurance, regulation compliance and staff retention & development. This role directly supervises, motivates and encourages all resident care staff.

• Considerable knowledge of professional nursing theory, principles and practices with excellent critical thinking skills
• An unwavering focus on customer service and resident & family relations
• Compassionate and caring management style
• Proven ability to work with families and residents to achieve excellent quality of life and business objectives
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• High level of organization & attention to detail
• Innate ability to resolve problems creatively and proactively
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Specialty skills - Dementia Care
• Highly skilled in Microsoft applications
• High energy with a proactive work ethic

Requirements:

• LPN / RN in good standing in the state
• Minimum of five (3) years of progressive management experience preferably in the Senior Living environment
