Position Overview and Responsibilities
At Sentral, we are building a team of people-first focused individuals who thrive on going above and beyond. The Lifestyle Ambassador serves as a liaison and point of contact for the resident experience. The position drives the hospitality for all amenity spaces and is the cornerstone of our programming and services. The Lifestyle Ambassador is tasked with fostering a vibrant community atmosphere, increasing resident satisfaction and retention, providing exceptional hospitality, and elevating the brand's reputation.
This is an in-person position located in downtown Seattle, WA. Weekend availability is required, and the shift schedule is Thursday-Monday.
What You'll Do:
- Provide the highest level of customer service to anyone who enters the community
- Greet all residents and visitors to provide directions and assistance
- Execute resident check-ins efficiently and courteously
- Articulate guest policies and provide liability waivers for first-time guests
- Remain visible, accessible, and available to residents and guests to promptly resolve any inquiries
- Drive resident satisfaction and retention within the community by delivering the highest level of hospitality
- Coordinate onsite events and activities, and identify avenues to increase resident participation
- Oversee and process amenity space reservations and cabana towel services
- Spearhead scheduling of all Lifestyle program activations initiatives
- Coordinate scheduling of 3rd party services
- Assist with food and beverage handling
- Perform routine walk-throughs of the facility to ensure safe & appropriate operation of equipment
- Support other inter-department or cross-department projects as needed
- Perform other related duties and assignments as needed and assigned
Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 4+ years food and beverage experience required
- Toast, Square, Micros POS (point of sale) experience a plus
- Food handling certificate & Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certificates must be attained before this candidate starts
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
