Job Description:
Work under the direction of and assist the Resident Administrator at Fellowship Square Historic Mesa and the Oasis residents with adjustment to a lifestyle change, as well as providing spiritual guidance and opportunities for involvement.

Responsibilities
This position has a number of key responsibilities and will have shifting priorities. This role serves as support to the Residential Operations Manager. A successful individiual will be well organized, flexible, patient, technologically savvy, able to manage multiple projects at the same time, and able to exercise independent judgment.
Primary responsibilites will include:
- Assist community residents as they transition through major life changes by liaising with their families, health care providers, and other staff.
- Assist community residnets with day to day tasks that have become challenging to them.
- Update the Hospital Log weekly by calling hospitals, rehab facilities, and families to establish residents current location
- Help with physical projects including but not limited to, packing up apartment units or lifing and moving small items of furniture
- Assist Resident Operations Manager with administrative duties
- Assist Executive Director and Resident Operations Manager with rule enforcement
- Assist in emergency situations such as power outages and monsoon weather
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident information to assure rights are protected.
- To present oneself in a clean and orderly manner.
- Willingness to adapt to the changing demands of this position.
- Keep your areas of responsibility clean, neat the organized.
- Cooperate with and be polite to all staff members, family and visitors.
- Be helpful and polite to residents, to be understanding of their needs and respect their privacy, personal property and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to understand, read, write and speak the English language.
- Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in the elderly health care field.
