We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Resident Medication Assistant
This position is great for nursing students!
Schedule: Full Time with weekend availability
Salary: $16.00 - $17.50/hour - based on experience
shift differential for evenings, nights and weekends
$1,200 sign-on bonus!
Resident Medication Aide Responsibilities include:
- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
- Assist in monitoring the medication program
- Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents
Resident Medication Assistant Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Two (2) years of resident care experience and/or training required
- Successfully complete all trainings as required by state regulations
